A unique feature of any MiRo Team training course or workshop is to assess you and all of your colleagues in advance. Our online assessment can give feedback to:

an individual on how they like to work
a team in the form of a map on their work styles
a number of teams in the form of a map, on their work styles

This gives high quality management information when coupled with your knowledge of your organisation can identify the strengths of your teams and where there are likely to be clashes of style. Does your team want to make the most of their potential? Our sessions help your team understand each other better and will develop new and more effective ways of making the most of each others talents.

Who should do this course?

MiRo primarily work with professional people who have strong technical skills e.g. Nursing, marketing, IT, engineering etc. They recognise that their performance and careers can be enhanced through working better in teams.

MiRo Team Components

A one day inhouse course comprises of the following:

Individual MiRo Assessment reports for each individual giving an insight into how they can work better with other people
A MiRo team profile report, benchmarked against MBTI and Belbin, giving an insight into the strengths and weaknesses of the ways that their team functions.
Practical activities that help the team understand how their behaviour relates to their team and individual reports
Analytical and reflective sessions that improve understanding of each other and self
Tools and suggestions that form part of an action plan to be taken back into the workplace.

Charges and further details

MiRo Communication works best with group sizes of between 6 and 15 people from the same organisation. Undertaken at premisis of your choice a price of £1499 + VAT would include:

Individual and team reports
1 day course as above
A set of course notes for each delegate
A group action plan to be taken back into the workplace

Each session is fulfilled by a MiRo Trainer who has undertaken MiRo Accreditation and is an experienced facilitator of communications sessions. Profile or CV of the MiRo Trainer will be supplied and agreed in advance.
